Supplement Recommendations to Stay Healthy During Covid19

Because I don’t think that this is the time to be holding back useful information, I wanted to share this with all of you. After quite a bit of research and several video webinars on this virus, I have created supplement recommendations for COVID-19 protection. I have sent this list to family, friends, and patients who have asked for my recommendations.

The list below is what I recommend based on what we know about this virus and it’s pathogenicity at this time. This is obviously not intended as individual medical advice and it may change as new data emerges.

And to be clear, following these recommendations does not mean that you will not get the virus or that you will not suffer from it. But, you may be able to set yourself up for a better outcome than you would otherwise have.

COVID protection:

NAC 500 mg daily
Vit D 5000 IU daily (more if deficient)
Vit C 5000mg daily
Selenium 200mg daily
Curcumin/Turmeric 700mg daily
Melatonin 10mg nightly
Zinc sulfate or zinc glycinate 200mg daily
Quercetin 15mg daily
Probiotic
CBD
Decrease stress (I know...as if!)
